1911 BEAVERTAIL GRIP SAFETY, STAINLESS

This Nighthawk Custom FM Series 1911 beavertail grip safety allows the shooting hand to get a higher purchase on the frame, keeping the hand closer to the bore axis while protecting the shooter from slide bite. Fully Machined™ from a premium-grade 416 stainless steel billet, this safety is designed to withstand the rigors of everyday carry or competition use. The top of the safety features a hammer spur pocket to allow the spur to sit subflush to the top of the safety when fully cocked. The bottom of the safety highlights a memory pad that serves as a grip memory point when drawing your pistol and ensures positive grip safety disengagement.
